Consultation & Furnished Staging -
We will visit your home, walk through taking comprehensive notes. We will provide detailed suggestions, colors, furniture layout, repairs & recommendations to showcase your home in its best light. We will work primarily with the clients existing furniture bringing in our own inventory of decor, accessories, linens and artwork to stage your home beautifully.


Staging+
Does your home need a little more love before listing? We can bring in our trusted team of trades to freshen your space up even more. A fresh coat of paint, some strategically placed wallpaper, a cheerful landscape refresh can take a house from tired and dated to WOW in a few days. We are wizards at a "No Demo Reno".

STAGING IS AN INVESTMENT
Even with conservative uplift, staging yields return on investment well above the cost of the staging spend.

EXAMPLE- You invest $7000 into staging. Your unstaged home sells for 1.9M, your staged home sells for 2 .189M. (using 10% lift)
Additional $199 000 sale - $7000 (staging investment) = $192 000.00 in your pocket!
